✨ Keratin Hair Studio – Reschedule, No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Keratin Hair Studio, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you and requires dedicated time and preparation. To respect both our clients and our artists, we kindly ask that you review our policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Reschedule is subject to only 2 reservations per month any reschedule thereafter will need a deposit of 100.00 to reserve future appointment. The deposit is forfeited if service is rescheduled for the third time, no exceptions.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
